Getting there. Shuttles run between both terminals and the airport train station. The RER line C train stops at Porte Maillot, where guests for Hotel West End should change to metro line 1 which runs to Franklin D Roosevelt station, 300 metres' walk from the hotel. Taxis to Hotel West End cost about 55 EUR (70 EUR at night). Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Paris is easy to explore on foot, and there is a reliable, cheap metro (underground), which runs throughout the city and the suburbs. Buses are a great way to see the city's sights. Tickets can be purchased from bus drivers or from the machines in metro stations. Regional RER trains run to destinations in the surrounding area. Taxis are available in the streets, but can be hard to find at busy times. Advance booking is recommended.
